Hi All, I have come to love Wednesdays. I used to think of them as the bridge day to the weekend and now I think of Wednesday's as my day to show
everyone how excited I am about my faith. As my friends always say "We is cool Christian's".
We keep getting great emails from wonderful ministries and we deceided to highlight one ministry every Wednesday. Mission Arlington in Texas is the first ministry to be highlighted. It is one of those wonderful homegrown
ministries started by Tillie Burgin 24 years ago. Tillie had been given a vision to help those in the local community not only by giving them much needed assistance but also sharing the love of the Lord. Knowing God is
not just about hearing his word but also by seeing work in action. Mission Arlington is reaching out to young people in their community. Every Sunday at over 300 locations in the city, volunteers share the Lord's word and 800 people go through Mission Arlington's doors six days a week. Doesn't that blow you away. Can you imagine how each of us can help this ministry and also those ministries around your own town?
Please visit www.missionarlington.org to be inspired.
Keep sending in those pic's of you in your tee's and sharing your stories of witness!

THANKS to all for the great emails and comments. It is truly amazing to read the testimonies from everyone, it shows just how great God is and how He works miracles in our lives. Things are crazy great and everyone is working overtime to get the word out about Wear iT Wednesday. Each and every person who wears a Christian shirt on Wednesday is standing up for us all as a faithful community. There are great shirts out there. Please remember that you need to register to be counted towards the 1,000,000 goal and let everyone of your friends know about this grassroots movement.
Keep on posting those pic's.

Wow! And they say kids my age don't believe in anything. Well, let me tell you--I am overwhelmed by the AWESOME emails we have been getting. The testimonies are so inspiring and the love for the Lord is just really overwhelming. It makes me so happy to know that there are so many of us who have been blessed by having a relationship with Christ.
On a completely different note, we love the really fun t-shirts people have been emailing us about. These shirts are surely spreading the joy of Christ! One person emailed us about a Twilight themed shirt. She as able to witness the the check-out person in a store!
Please, please keep telling your friends about Wear iT Wednesday and get us to the 1,000,000 goal. Send us your pic's - we would love to post them.

This is a very personal blog but I wanted everyone to know how much God has helped me. I am graduating from college this Sunday and have been struggling with feeling so sad because my Dad won't be there. I know he is looking down from heaven but I just miss him so much. I also miss all of my grandparents and my Uncle Rusty. My Mom has really been working hard on making sure that I have a great graduation and my Aunt Karen was coming for the big day. Well, my Mom just told me that my Aunt Karen has to have heart surgery and can't make it. That news has really been tough to take but this is where my love of the Lord has helped me once again. I keep going to that place of understanding that God will help my family through this. God just doesn't do these crazy things to us, He helps us through these crazy times. He is the one that you should praise when things are just overwhelming. He has been that Father for me over the past four years that I counted on in so many ways. Once again He is there for me and my family. I can reach out and pray for my Aunt Karen and feel at peace.
I was told that life is bitter sweet and I totally understand that but let me tell you the sweet is the understanding that God is there to help you and hold your heart.
Please pray for my Aunt Karen and anyone who is sick.
Luv

It just seems so simple yet it sometimes it takes courage to go out on that limb and show your faith. I am so excited to share with you a movement that is launching today, Wear iT Wednesday! You may ask, what is “Wear iT Wednesday"? Well it is as simple as taking the challenge of wearing your favorite Christian shirt every Wednesday. Share the news that having God in your life makes a difference in so many ways.
I was volunteering for the FCA and saw how excited the kids were about Jesus and I just wonder what it would e like if they could take that excitement with them all day. As a clothing designer I understand the power of clothes and know that it really shows everyone who we are and how we feel about ourselves. Well, imagine over 1,000,000 Christian youth wearing their faith every Wednesday. Who wouldn't want to be a part of that?????
It is time for us to show that we are proud of being Christian and we want to take it to the streets. By our actions we are showing our love of the Lord and giving those around us a testimony of faith. How can you get involved?
- Register at www.wearitwednesday.com to be counted towards our 1,000,000 person goal. Post pictures of you and your friends wearing your Christian shirts.
- Send the link out to all of your friends and ask them to do the same.
- Sign up to be a volunteer to bring this grass roots MOVEMENT to your youth group.
This is our movement and we can make a huge difference as a community every Wednesday. There are some who say that the youth of America don't stand up for anything. We each can make a difference and we can help show those who don't understand the joy of being faithful that there really is something to this Jesus thing. Each time you wear a Christian shirt you are giving a testimony of the Lord. Sign up now, tell everyone about it, be a part of it, IF NOT NOW, WHEN???
“Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face...” Psalm 24:6

Dear Chelsea,
The idea of “Wear It Wednesday” is so absolutely Christ honoring ! I thank GOD for sharing that kind of idea / vision with you.
Be encouraged ! If only one Christian girl in Iowa or Nebraska or New York city wears a Christian Tee on that day, it honors GOD to the higest heaven, recognizes and gives HIM glory and honor and praise even this world understands, and it encourages other not-yet-followers of Jesus to give the question of Christ at least one moment’s thought. Youi will win soiuls for the Kingdom with your ideas. Broadcast the idea broadly. Get on the local news. Pray other stations and networks pick up the story. Design a special Tee. Issue a broad “press release.” Write to every ministry you can. E-mail them with a picture of youir fave brother or sister wearing the special. E-mail youir whole list with the news releasee and picture. This is so exciting !
I pray the Lord bless youi today in a very special way, with His brand of peace and joy and love. He is so thoughtful and so kind and so ready to be your friend all day long. Spend some quiet time alone with Him today, even 15 minutes that you devote to Him in worship will bless Him.
Have a wonderful day today in Christ Jesus !

Chelsea,
I listen to your story today on Dave Ramsey and just wanted to let you know that I was very inspired by your story. I worked in youth ministery for ten years and have seen a lot of youth struggle to find themselves in life. I commend you for your triumph in your trajedy. I am one of our ministers at our church and still have networks of pastors and churches that I still stay in contact with. So if you are ever up in Clarksville, Tn. let me know and I can get you hooked up with a ministery in our church that has a TV station. We could do your story and run it on tv for a week. Let me know!
Thanks,
Kelby H.

Hey everyone,
It has been a busy week (in a good way). I have been getting ready for Cali, going to my speaking coach to help with my speeches, I have been calling stores to see if i can get Faithful Fish in boutiques, helping out with morning breakfast at church for the middle school kids as well as helping FCA put info in their data base, and as well as trying to get over my cold. Going to church tomorrow to be apart of Sisters in Christ. It is where a lot of women speakers come and talk about their walk through Christ. I’m looking forward to hearing their different stories. I know they are going to be inspirational! In the afternoon I’m helping my cousin prom dress shopping. Wish us luck to find the best one. Well got to get back to work, I’m on my way to the post office to ship some Faithful Fish orders - yeah!
God Bless,
Chelsea
